Cross Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Tan Thanh Trading & Tourism JSC to develop a mega-project that will see the opening of two new hotels in Vietnam.

Cross Long Hai and Cross Vibe Long Hai are located in the beautiful coastal province of Vung Tau, a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon).

Construction is already underway and the hotels are slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The two hotels will have a combined room count of 716 keys.

The Cross Long Hai will be an all-villa resort, while the Twin Tower Cross Vibe Long Hai will be a condotel offering 658 rooms, MICE facilities, a spa, swimming pool and fitness center.

Tran Duy Kieu, Managing Director of Tan Thanh Trading & Tourism JSC, said, “We are delighted to begin this journey with Cross Hotels & Resorts and together we will transform hospitality in Vung Tau and beyond with these unique brands. The fact that the company’s global distribution is supported by Flight Center Travel Group speaks volumes. With this partnership, Cross Long Hai and Cross Vibe Long Hai will set a new benchmark for creativity and innovation in the local hospitality industry.

Cross Hotels & Resorts currently operates a diverse real estate portfolio that includes over 21 hotels under five distinct brands, namely Cross, Cross Vibe, Away, Lumen and Cross Collection.

“I look forward to showcasing our luxury and lifestyle brands to the city’s hotel landscape,” said Harry Thaliwal, CEO of Cross Hotels & Resorts. “Our approach to luxury by design will capture the imagination of those looking for a new travel experience.”
