The Binh Tan District Business Party Committee also has 163 cells located in public and private enterprises, with over 1,100 members. Remarkably, the Party Cell in Pouyuen Vietnam Co. Ltd has grown significantly from only 4 members in 2008 to 232 members now, turning it into a Party Committee with 11 cells.

Obviously, together with the Labor Union and the Communist Youth Union, the organization of the Party in a company has been a successful link between the company and the local authorities, the workers to ensure a harmonious and stable relationship. .

By adopting Resolution No. 39 on Reducing Unnecessary State Officials, the Party Committee of the Board of Directors of the HCMC Export Processing Authority and Industrial Zones (HEPZA) reduced the scale of 22 sub-committees to 12, with more than 1,800 members in 159 party cells of private enterprises.

In addition to this, 12 Party Cells are being created for Party members working in companies without Party organization at the moment. The HEPZA Party Committee also welcomed 170 new members this year and created 10 additional Cells.

It should be noted that many foreign companies have very positive opinions on Party units and their activities. The reason is that following the Party guidelines, these Party members showed their attitude of hard work and eagerness to improve their professional skills to enhance the prestige of the enterprise.
