HCM City Receives 4 Million USD 16.38 Million Test Kits | Health

City HCM (VNA) – The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City on September 22 received medical supplies worth VND 373 billion ($ 16.38 million) from companies in support of the the city against COVID-19[female[feminine.

Medical supplies include 2 million rapid test kits made in Switzerland, worth VND 250 billion, offered by T&T Group JSC and Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank and 2 million rapid test kits worth VND 123 billion, which were produced in Republic of Korea, granted by Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).

Vietnam Fatherland Front Municipal Committee Chairperson To Thi Bich Chau acknowledged and highly appreciated the help of businesses in HCM City.

She is committed to working closely with the municipal health department to distribute the test kits to the right people and for the right purposes, helping to roll back the pandemic and soon return the city to a new normal.

From July 1 to September 21, Ho Chi Minh City received more than 2.1 trillion VND from 177 units, organizations and individuals at home and abroad to fight the pandemic. /.
