MoST has successfully protected the geographical indication of Lychee Luc Ngan and Dragon Fruit Binh Thuan in Japan, paving the way for the protection of the geographical indication for other agricultural products, thus gradually turning to European markets .
In collaboration with localities, the ministry has provided assistance in establishing, exploiting and protecting intellectual property rights to meet the demands of global integration, making intellectual property an effective tool for improving national competitiveness.
