The project will develop basic digital literacy, provide information on Industry 4.0 career paths to intelligently invest in talent, offer information and communication technologies, skills enhancement and development. retraining for lifelong learning, and explore innovative financing mechanisms for the acquisition of relevant skills.

The project will also support Vietnam’s efforts to focus on Industry 4.0 skills development opportunities for all demographic groups with special attention to women and vulnerable groups to help bridge the digital divide in the workforce. country.
